A top tier corporate bank in Hong Kong is currently seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to focus on Blue Chip Conglomerates and Real Estate Funds
Your new role
- You will be tasked with managing top tier property developers, commercial real estate and real estate funds
- Provide tailored corporate banking solutions customised to clients' needs
- Structured credit proposals according to internal risk standards and clients' current financial situation
- Collaborate with internal risk, compliance and operations to ensure smooth process delivery
- Prepare periodic monthly reports for senior management
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate banking as Relationship Manager
- Candidates with conglomerates, real estate, property developers or real estate funds will be an advantage
- Strong product knowledge in loans, trade finance, cash management etc
- Fluent in English and Chinese is a must
