Your new role
- Manage and arrange operations work between help desk support and other stakeholders
- Resolving service requests
- Diagnosing hardware, peripheral and software problems
What you'll need to succeed
- 1+ year experience in IT Support, IT Operation
- Experienced in server or network operations as well as Data Centre operations management
- Fluent in Chinese and English
