Job Description
My client is a long standing and renowned retail and commercial bank in the APAC region with overseas operations across Europe and America. They are currently seeking a manager (IRRBB & LCR knowledge preferred) to join their ALM department. This hire is targeted to be groomed and coached to a senior management position.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for their interest rate (IRRBB) and liquidity management (LCR), as well as establishing related policies and procedures.
- Assist in balance sheet management, ALCO material preparation and regular ALM reports.
- Monitor compliance with authorities and take part in relevant stress testing.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree, or equivalent qualifications.
- CFA or FRM is preferable but not a must.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with ALM knowledge in financial industry.
- Good language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese
*Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply and will be considered as Assistant Manager.
