Human Resources Officer (HR Business Support) (1-year Contract)

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support business processes such as pre-employment, on/off boarding and changes during employment cycle.
  • Responsible for data inputs into HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
  • Handle enquiries from potential candidates/employees from time to time.
  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting HR function, preferably in banking or financial industry.
  • Possess knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.
  • Good PC skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
