Senior Manager, Network Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and guidance to our client's exceptional Network Engineering teams, ensuring the successful completion of cutting-edge network projects.
• Supervise day-to-day Network Operations, proactively addressing critical infrastructure issues with agility and finesse.
• Maintain and elevate high standards of Network Operations, driving continuous improvement in compliance and team efficiency.
• Streamline processes, automate tasks, and embrace innovative tools to optimize operational efficiency while adhering to industry regulations.
• Effectively manage project budgets, initiatives, and operational expenses, demonstrating your financial acumen.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate IT risks associated with network operations, safeguarding our client's network infrastructure.
• Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, fostering collaboration and driving successful partnerships.
• Enhance documentation accuracy for IT assets, network configurations, and procedural guidelines, ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging network technologies and industry best practices, consistently assessing and recommending enhancements for optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, showcasing your educational foundation.
• Possess a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in IT network projects and operations, including at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in network technologies, proving your technical prowess.
• Experience in SDWAN, Cloud Networking, and Network Security is highly valued, revealing your adaptability to cutting-edge solutions.
