Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, employee referral programs, and other sourcing methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including candidate screening, interviews and offer.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on recruitment best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools and technologies.
  • Conduct regular recruitment metrics analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintaining a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of recruitment agency and perform annual review.
  • Any ad-hoc projects from time to time as assigned.
  • Providing market intelligence to hiring managers and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles.
  • Establishing and maintaining the database of candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline, with minimum 3 years of work experience in recruitment, preferably from the Banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong sense of ownership, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to speak fluent Mandarin.
