HR Manager

Job Duties:

  • Manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment and selection, payroll operations, performance management annual salary review and bonus exercise;
  • Perform full cycle of recruitment process including job ad posting, candidates searching, conducting interview, prepare offer and pre-onboarding preparation;
  • Supervise the team to perform Compensation & Benefits operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration and taxation
  • Maintain and update personnel records
  • Work closely with management to define strategies, identify talent needs so as to support organization development;
  • Consolidate and prepare regular HR-related reports for management review
  • Formulate and implement HR and admin related policies and procedures
  • Provide clerical support to HR Supervisor and related team members
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in all-round HR operations. Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior HR Officer
  • Retail field related will be an advantage
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment related ordinances and practice
  • Independent, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis
  • Immediate available is preferred
