HR Specialist (Policy-Focused)

This job is to be performed by an HR specialist who has a profound knowledge of or has great potential for assisting in the development of the right HR products to meet the needs of the business. The product areas he/she is going to work on include, but are not limited to:

Assisting in drafting HR-relevant policies, designing the procedures, and reviewing them on a regular basis to strive for best practices
Working with internal and external lawyers to deal with employee relation case
Assisting in the development of C&B policy, system design, and administration of daily compensation and benefits operations
Assisting in liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for C&B and P&P matters
Other HR products to be specified by the management

Core Qualification：

1. Education

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or other business-related disciplines

2. Experience

2+ years of experience working in the HR field at major multinational companies

A team player
A problem solver with strong organizing skills and the ability to execute
Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct research
Aptitude to multi-tasks and work in an organized manner under pressure and time constraints
Sound project management and time management skills
Excellent command of written Chinese and English
Mastery of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications
A good understanding of the employment law/accounting/tax principles of Hong Kong and/or other East Asia and Southeast Asia regions is a plus
