Lead a team of Relationship Managers to promote products and services to local corporate clients
Perform portfolio client management, assessing and mitigating credit and industry risks with appropriate structure and strategy to achieve client goals
Work alongside the Department Head to set objectives to pursue long-term strategic goals
Keep up with Head Office/regional topics, and share strategy, policies, and decisions with team members
Products include transaction banking, MUS, O&D, FX, derivatives, structured trade, structured asset finance, project financing, etc., to provide expertise and value to clients
Monitor performance credit status of clients
Job Requirements:
Experience in local Corporate Banking Business
Experienced in team lead role
Strong communication and influencing skills
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration ability
