Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, technology, and operations teams, to analyze business requirements and propose innovative trading platform solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the trading landscape.
- Define and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements to enhance trading platform functionality and user experience.
- Work closely with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure effective implementation of trading platform enhancements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end-users on new trading platform features.
- Monitor trading platform performance and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
- Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to trading platforms and propose compliance solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis or project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on trading platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and trading systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization tools, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
