Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business processes and drive growth in wealth management and banking services.
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and uncover meaningful trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and opportunities for analysis.
- Design and build predictive models to support investment decision-making, risk management, and client engagement initiatives.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely, utilizing data visualization tools and presentations.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, data governance, and data integration across various systems and platforms.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data science and business analytics, and apply innovative solutions to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines. An advanced degree is (Master's or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, business analytics, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record of delivering impactful recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus. Snowflake is an advantage
