Production and Operation IT Associate - Global Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure stability, availability, and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production and operation systems
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements
• Document system configurations, procedures, and processes for knowledge sharing
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of production systems to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Provide technical support and assistance to users and stakeholders as needed
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in the production and operation of IT

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT support, production, or operations
• Proficiency in operating systems, network protocols, and database management
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
