Job Summary:
Talent Development & Engagement is responsible for developing people's capabilities and future proofing HKEX's talent pipeline for the long-term. The team is also responsible for providing a positive employee experience to our people through different diversity & inclusion networks, employee sports and interest clubs, and wellness programmes. It also strives to encourage our employees to reach their full potential and to bring their whole self to work.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities:- Support the Talent Development and Engagement team in developing and deploying practices and programs focusing on leadership development, performance management, succession planning and engagement
Perform other responsibilities and ad-hoc projects to support the Talent Development team, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion, and culture initiatives.
Requirements:- Degree in HR or Organisational Psychology
Reliable, dependable with a 'can-do' approach and who has demonstrated HKEX values of Integrity, Excellence, Diversity, Engagement and Collaboration in their career to date
