Senior HR Manager (Business Partner)

Our client is a sizeable FMCG group with strong business presence across APAC. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR advisory services to the business.

Job duties:

• Act as a business partner and provide quality HR advisory services to the business
• Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including manpower planning, sourcing, performance management and talent development
• Review and develop different compensation & benefits programs to maintain competitiveness and comply with legal requirement
• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
• Implement efficient recruitment strategies proactively to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to reach the best qualified talent
• Participate in ad hoc projects as and when required

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources management, or any business discipline, with a minimum of 12 years proven HR experience, preferably experience gained from F&B, catering, retail industry or sizable organization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a range of strategic projects while maintaining a practical and hands-on approach
• A change agent, resilience and with positive mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Analytical thinking with good numerical sense
• Sound PC skills and Chinese word processing
