Senior Full Stack Developer - Private Banking - Automated Trading Platform

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with business units to configure, develop & maintain automated trading platform for the Treasury & Private Banking businesses
  • Work as a team to perform technical design, development, testing and documentation to implement new business strategy
  • Provide support to internal IT teams on system introduction & implementation
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive innovative strategy on improving key revenue drivers

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Information Technology
  • 2 - 4 years + relevant experience in banking & financial services industry
  • Excellent skills in Java development (Java 8 or above is preferred)
  • Solid experience with typical Spring REST stack (eg: JPA, security, Swagger)
  • Good knowledge of RDBMS would be an advantage
  • Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue.js) and Node js/ Webpack/TypeScript would be preferable
  • Candidates without banking experience would also be considered
