Program Management - Drive technology delivery for a health program projects to achieve integrated health information flow inside the organization

  • Lead various aspects of project delivery including financial and budget planning, execution and delivery, reporting and risk management control
  • Engage with group office, senior collaborators (C-level) for project reporting and alignment
  • Engagement with strategic discussion and provide strong technical, digital and analytics support to business collaborators

  • Ensure the alignment of delivery for the overall program and deliver individual component projects

    Healthcare aspect - Understand healthcare ecosystem and drive data capturing/generation, assimilation of data and usage

  • Understand the healthcare ecosystem including healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, wellness service providers etc
  • Understand the data standards in Healthcare - CPT, ICD codes etc

Job Requirements: - 8+ years of Program / Project Management experience, significant experience in medical / healthcare projects is a plus

  • Effective communications skills, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to technology platforms used in Healthcare ecosystem
  • Proven experience in collaborator management capabilities with experience in addressing senior (C-Level) formus is a plus
  • Strong Aglie knowledge
