Job Description

execute global IT strategy

  1. Manage and lead IT teams in Hong Kong
  2. Optimize IT investment and IT operating cost, plan and prioritize resources
  3. Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner
  4. Ensure that all IT policies and procedures are compliant with regulatory requirements
  5. Ensure that technology standards are maintained locally and regionally
  6. Enhance overall quality of IT services and deploy day-to-day tech projects
  7. Manage and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  8. Explore new technologies, be able to grasp latest industry and market trends
  9. Troubleshoot ad-hoc technical issues and interact to discuss projects, and technology solutions and respond to questions on systems and technologies. Requirements
    • Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines
    • Good command of English. Good command of Mandarin is a plus
    • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required, with at least 2 years as manager Technical requirements
    • Familiar with corporate networking architecture and equipment, understanding of VPN and other networking technologies
    • Expert knowledge of G-Suite applications, and experience with a wide range of systems (Salesforce, Office 365, Google Analytics, Tableau),
    • Good knowledge on ERP systems (Oracle or D365), system development processes, IT general controls and infrastructure
    • Proven experience in project management lifecycle is a plus
