Contract Administrator - Infrastructure Critical Services - IT - Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Contract Administrator to join our Infrastructure Critical Services support team. Our team maintains first-in-class systems for trading, market data and clearing in cash and derivative markets. We play a critical role on infrastructure support, including compute servers, storage and backup of our mission critical systems. We also partner with application and cyber security teams to operate our systems in such fast growing financial markets in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities:- Handle contract renewals and compile contract related documentation and as per HKEX standards

• Report to team head and work closely with Operations team and Infrastructure Engineering team for supporting business operations

• Compile operation documents such as changes requests, operation requests and compliance reports

  Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines

• At least 2 years of hands on experience on contract renewal management
• Good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• A team player and a self-starter, who can proactively engage with peers and take ownership to ensure timely completion of all deliverables

• A fast learner and able to work in a fast pace environment
