Systems Consultant (Network Changes)

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical solutions on data network

    • Handle network changes, focus on Routing and Switching
    • Support network project deployment, system testing and implementation
    • Provide ongoing support on network devices
    • Provide 1st Tier Support & Trouble Shooting
    • Daily health check network devices status and ongoing network operations

    Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline

    • Minimum 3 years work experience in IT networking support and design.
    • Holder of CISSP/ CISA or equivalent certification is an advantage
    • Hands-on experience and troubleshooting on Cisco/Huawei/H3C router and switch devices
    • CCNA/CCNP Qualification or equivalent is a MUST
    • Strong technical skills and experience on routing and switching
    • Proactive with good team spirit and work with various teams for projects and BAUs
    • Good documentation skill
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
