Software Quality Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and own the software quality management systems and processes.

  • Oversees software development process and responsible for software quality, promptly propose improvements to existing quality problems and track their implementation.
  • Collect process data, analyze quality issues, and refine project implementation best practices.
  • Play an active role in process reviews by iteratively improving project processes.
  • Organize the formulation and optimization of quality management documents, quality control processes and specifications.
  • Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the quality system, and participate in the training and publicity of CMM and ISO quality systems.
  • Participate in software process management, precipitate process guides/manuals, and implement access inspection of deliverables in software process stages.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant engineering discipline; 3 years of experience in QA management, familiar with overall technical project lifecycle.

  • Experience with ISO 9000 quality management, CMMI program or other equivalent quality management process or program.
  • Experience with common configuration management, issue tracking management, and version control tools such as Ansible, Jira, SVN, Git, etc.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrate outstanding reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and proven ability to ramp up quickly, learn new concepts, and adapt to new environment with minimal lead time.
  • Experience with software testing or configuration management is preferred.
  • Professional experience in the finance or banking industry is preferred.
