Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist to prepare regular management reports, headquarter reports and other reports for the Fintech Division

    • Assist to work on Fintech strategic and annual work plan
    • Provide full-range of administrative and operational support to the Fintech Division
    • Act as a coordinator among different business units or teams on various projects
    • Assist in the coordination/ liaison with internal departments and external parties/ business partners to facilitate the operations of the department
    • Perform any other duties as assigned

    Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines

    • At least 3 years' related experience
    • Excellent Chinese writing with native spoken Mandarin and proficient in spoken and written English
    • Experience in IT industry is preferred
    • Strong communication and organizational skills, sound analytical thinking and good team player
    • Candidate with less experience would be considered for Assistant Manager role
