Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Review procurement contracts;

    • Setup management record for procurement contracts;
    • Monitor procurement contract execution, including but not limited to the progress of contract execution, any changes of contract, breach of contract, contract expiration, contract renewal., etc;
    • Keep records for the above circumstances and send alert to relevant parties if needed;
    • Arrange and follow up vendor performance evaluation for each contract with relevant parties;
    • Other ad hoc requests.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in procurement management / supply chain management / Law and other related disciplines.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management / vendor management / procurement / legal or relevant experiences.
    • Good command of both English and Chinese (including spoken Putonghua)
