Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to develop risk and control strategies for private banking.
- Review the current policies and procedures, and ensure that the control functions comply with the standards.
- Develop and deliver onboarding trainings for businesses to enhance awareness of compliance and quality services.
- Work with compliance for licensing matters (HKMA, SFC, insurance, and CPWP).
- Monitor service quality and analyze customers's feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Support marketing projects to enhance the customer experience through initiatives and campaigns.
- Handle HKMA/SFC inquiries and compile the reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder or above
- Minimum 7 years of risk and control experience, preferably gains in Chinese banks/ private banks
- Sound knowledge of HKMA and SFC regulations

Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
