SAP Project manager

Your key responsibilities include:

Project Management:

Define project scope and objectives/TOM.
Develop and manage project plans/timelines, controlling project costs and resources.
Identify and manage risks/issues and dependencies.
Coordinate actions across relevant teams, ensuring requirements are met.

Testing and Deployment:

Build UAT scenarios and coordinate end-to-end testing.
Assist the Project lead in the definition and implementation of the Accounts Payable process.
Support the deployment of the Travel and Expense management system.

Communication and Reporting:

Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders.
Track progress and report results in relevant Governance Meetings.

Candidate:

Good knowledge of FI’s accounting workflow, particularly in Accounts Payable.
Proven expertise in Accounts Payable/Procurement functions and applications (SAP, Concur, Basware, Ariba, Ivalua).
Familiarity with Staff Expense Claim to Account Payable, Procurement to Pay process, and workflow, from end to end.
Proven ability in project delivery.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Project management expertise in managing large transversal IT programs is mandatory.
SAP Functional and IT expertise are mandatory.
Excitement about driving change.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in multi-cultural environments, dealing with stakeholders across APAC regions.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Team player with the ability to multi-task effectively.
