Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle the opening of bank accounts, KYC, change in signatories and other
administrative requirements independently.
Act as a treasury liaison in setting up and maintaining bank accounts, and
handling bank inquiries and related matters
Maintain and update bank authorized signatories list and documents,
updating the bank user information
Maintain physical and digital treasury transaction records
Manage and execute treasury operations, including wire transfers, payments,
and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely reports on treasury activities, financial metrics,
and cash flow forecasts for management and stakeholders.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Mandatory Requirements:

Holder of university degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional
qualification in finance (CFA) or accounting (HKICPA, CPA)
At least 3 years working experience in treasury, finance or banking.
Candidate with less experience will be considered for a junior position
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Immediate availability is preferred
