Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day financial operations of the company, including
  • accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in
  • compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide
  • meaningful insights to the management team.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling
  • accounts and preparing necessary journal entries.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of tax regulations and work closely with
  • external partners to ensure compliance with local tax requirements.
  • Play a key role in external audits, providing necessary documentation and
  • support to auditors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance
  • department and implement best practices.
  • Prepare portfolio reporting and investment dashboard.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Holder of university degree in a relevant discipline and/or professional
  • qualification in finance (CFA) or accounting (HKICPA, CPA)
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in the Asset Management Industry.
  • Good analytical mind, well-organized, responsible, independent and able to
  • meet tight schedules.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Immediate availability is preferred
