Job Summary:
Provide company secretarial work for HKEX's subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC to ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
Job Duties:
Responsibilities:- Provide company secretarial work for HKEX's subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC to ensure compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
Travel to other cities in the PRC when required
Requirements:- Qualified company secretary with a minimum of 6 years working experience, or university graduates of other disciplines with at least 6 years working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking or a related field will also be considered
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
