Job Description
Leading European Bank is seeking a Banking & Finance lawyer in a newly created role to provide support to their APAC businesses. You will be responsible for transaction management as well as more general corporate legal matters (such as reviewing contracts/agreements/licenses).
The successful candidate will be a 5-10 year PQE lawyer with experience gained in leading international law firms and ideally some in-house experience. Fluency in English is required with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
