Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Keep effective communication and maintain good relationship with all project stakeholders
- Assisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritisation in line with current supply/demand
- Preparation and running of Stakeholder governance meetings
- Driving analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects
- Drive the successful delivery, providing end-end project leadership, planning and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of delivering projects within the Securities Services space.
- Strong experience across any of the following areas: fund migration, client migration, client onboarding, asset servicing, custody, or fund services.
- Excellent Project Management skills with proven track record working across full life cycle on large scale projects
- Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written products that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience
- Outstanding interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
