Job Description
Responsibilities
- Set up the Co-Acceleration fund including establishing the legal entities of the limited partner, a company to transfer the 60+ companies from the existing portfolio and the general partner to operate the fund
- Manage and grow the portfolio in terms of returns being delivered, and in terms of the number of portfolio companies to 100 in 3-4 years' time
- Vetting of incoming start-ups and shortlist the qualified ones
- Focus on the deep tech sector such as AI and semiconductor
- Identify the star companies and help them grow and generate bigger returns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a globally recognised university
- Excellent command of Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin
- A minimum of 15 years of experience, with relevant exposure on pre-A/seed investments focussing on the deep tech sector
- Qualified responsible officer for SFC Type 9 regulated activities is mandatory
