Job Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or related fields, familiarity with blockchain and fintech industries is preferred.
Over 8 years of HR management and practical experience, preferably from startups, high-tech, or well-known tech companies.
Familiarity with regional employment regulations, excellent communication and coordination skills, and the ability to integrate work teams from around the world.
