Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Services Lead / Principal Cloud Services Engineer to join Cloud Services team. Our team responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solution, we also work closely with our development, operations, and security teams to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of our cloud infrastructure.

Job Duties:

Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of cloud services engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship

• Develop and implement technical strategies for cloud services, ensuring alignment with HKEX goals and objectives
• Collaborate with development and other technical teams to integrate cloud services with other systems and platforms
• Ensure the cloud services' availability, scalability and security
• Design and implement automated infrastructure such as CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring
• Design and implement container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes, running on a public cloud and on-premises
• Monitor and resolve incidents related to cloud infrastructure and services
• Participate in the design and implementation of new cloud services, and provide technical leadership for projects as needed
• Provide technical support for cloud services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Manage budgets and resources for the cloud services team

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team

  Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, including designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based solutions
• At least 3 years' experience on leading and managing technical teams;
• Strong understanding of cloud computing architecture and security best practices
• Knowledge of container orchestration platform such as Kubernetes
• Knowledge of automation and scripting languages such as Python, Terraform, or Ansible
• Experience with DevOps practices e.g. CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and monitoring tools
• Excellent communication with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

• Experience with cloud cost optimization and cost management strategies
