Associate - Global Markets Sales (FX & Rates) - International Bank

Our client, a Leading Foreign Bank is seeking a motivated FX & Rates Sales professional to join their Global Markets Division. Build strong relationships with institutional clients, provide tailored FX and Rates solutions, and drive revenue growth in a dynamic global markets environment.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and expand client base.
Understand client needs and deliver customized FX and Rates solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client requirements.
Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling prospects.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
3-6+ years of Sales experience.
Proven track record in FX and Rates sales within their Global Markets Division.
In-depth knowledge of FX and Rates products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Strong analytical skills.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
