Our client is a leading international insurance provider with a solid track record of delivering excellent customer service. As an application manager, you will be leading the eMPF onboarding project.
Job Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of software developers, offering technical guidance and support throughout the SDLC.
- Architect, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications and solutions, ensuring robust security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality software solutions
- Establish seamless integrations between on-premises applications and cloud-based databases, ensuring smooth data flow and synchronization
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve technical challenges and issues related to cloud software development and integration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/ Node.js and experience with cloud-native development frameworks
- Sound knowledge in pension/ MPF products
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams
