Responsible for data management strategy, data quality strategy, and metadata management process
Define business requirements related to reference and master data capabilities
Delivering continuous improvement for data quality (cleansing, deduplication, etc.) and remediation plans for improved data quality
Analyze gap in processes, systems or databases and make recommendations for further improvement, development, standardization or simplification, based on the business priorities
Lead detailed sessions with various stakeholders to effectively review and refine the operating model
Maintain data dictionary including data for our prospects, products, clients, policies and sales illustrations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline
Strong experience in data management-related activities in Insurance Industry
Experienced with data management, data profiling, data cleansing, and defining and implementing a data management and governance framework
Detailed understanding of data protection, security and privacy
Knowledge of database construction, management, and retrieval methods, and a demonstrated ability to resolve data input, storage and/or retrieval
A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, able to engage, influence, and forge strong partnerships with IT and business stakeholders
