Senior IT Specialist (IT Service Management)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT service desk team, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests.
  • Manage client devices, maintaining their security and ensuring up-to-date functionality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of client devices and peripherals.
  • Develop and maintain service desk standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the Cloud Governance Framework.
  • Monitor compliance with cloud governance frameworks and enhance cloud adoption.
  • Support alignment between Cloud Governance and IT Governance Frameworks.
  • Collaborate with end users and vendors to ensure effective communication and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service desk support and end-user computing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ITSM systems, Microsoft products, MDM solutions, and remote access solutions.
  • Experience managing outsourced IT service desks.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and governance frameworks desired.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
