Senior IT Manager (eBanking / Mobile Banking)

Job Description

Responsibility:- As the IT project manager and to lead the BA team, collaborate with different IT teams and business units to work on the projects providing digital solutions to corporate customers.

  • Perform business and user requirement analysis
  • Manage project budgeting and procurement processes, ensure resources availability.
  • Ensure projects to be delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Develop project plan, monitor the project progress and resolve project problems
  • Formulate UAT plan, monitor test plan execution and problem log solving
  • Manage the new product launch arrangement and ensure the product meets the regulatory requirements

  • Perform post implementation review and support production problem solving

    Requirements:- Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines

  • Minimum 8 years working experience in BA within ebanking industry such as Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Social networking platform
  • At least 5 years IT project management experience
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching and change management skills, able to negotiate and persuade others for positive results and communicate effectively across all functions and levels;
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as IT Manager
