Senior Operational Risk Manager - Operational Resilience focused & Business Continuity Planning

Job Description

Responsibilities- Support and lead the implementation of Operational Resilience programme in Hong Kong and other SEA countries

  • Act as the BCM Relationship Manager in coordinating with business units for ongoing maintenance of Business Continuity Program in Hong Kong and other SEA countries
  • Conduct thematic review for quality assurance
  • Support incident recovery arrangements
  • Curate programme governance, communications to senior management and key stakeholders across the bank
  • Support reporting, communications and engagements to ensure Bank meets regulatory expectations
  • Support the delivery of training and communications
  • Perform regular review on the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity related policy and procedures

  • Support ad hoc project

    Requirements- Bachelor Degree or above

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in business continuity management or related work experience with knowledge of Bank's internal control, key functional processes and resources
  • Be able to work independently and perform ad-hoc task as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with business partners and good presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operational Risk Manager
