(Senior) Business Strategy Manager, Private Banking

Job Description

Responsibilities- Prepare regular management reports for performance monitoring and expense control, and ensure timely and accurate information delivery to management

  • Interpret financial trends and explain deviations from budget, historical trend etc
  • Coordinate and formulate, and track the KPI for the department and corresponding business units
  • Provide periodical sales and the overall business performance analysis, identify business opportunities/ weakness, and recommend solutions to optimise the sales performance and business plans
  • Perform budget and forecast process, and ensure accuracy and awareness of circumstances that could impact it
  • Provide management report with all essential accurate information on ad hoc basis for strategic planning
  • Develop MIS and drive business growth by providing analysis of result and reporting key metrics

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and implementation of system projects

    Requirements - Degree or above with at least 3 year relevant experience in banking industry

  • Strong financial and business analytical skills
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills with good command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written. Fluent in Putonghua.
  • Be self-motivated, energetic, creative and enthusiastic for new challenges
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Excel VBA is a plus) and Chinese input method
