Assistant Vice President - Analytics Engineer - Chief Data Office - IT

Job Summary:
The incumbent, Assistant Vice President (AVP) Analytics Engineer is part of the Chief Data Office, Information Technology Division member. This is a critical role in implementing our data analytics solutions in Data Analytics Hub

Job Duties:

Key duties will span across various aspects of data analytics, including data mining, data modeling, data visualization, and predictive analytics. The AVP Analytics Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and collaborating with Data Engineer for data pipeline deployment for developing and implementing analytics solutions to support these initiatives.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify Analytics Solutions and Analytics Products opportunities.

• Develop and implement analytics solutions to support data-driven decision making.
• Design and maintain technology production ready analytics models to support forecasting and decision making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and quality control processes.
• Leveraging knowledge of database types including time-series to create analytics data structures that enable fast and accurate data retrieval.
• Collaborate with the Data Engineer and Data Governance stakeholders to ensure compliance in analytics tools, analytics pipeline and analytics solutions to relevant regulations and policies.
• Leverage data visualizations to communicate insights and findings to business stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

  Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data, or related disciplines.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Strong technical skills in data mining, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning techniques and time-series streaming analytics solutions
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with well-governance practical execution

• Good command of written and spoken English.
