Bluemont Consulting has formed a strategic partnership with a renowned international corporate bank and is currently seeking a manager to oversee financial accounting and regulatory reporting. This position will report to a team head and collaborate with three colleagues. The primary responsibilities will involve preparing and reviewing financial and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines, assisting in the implementation of new accounting standards, conducting user acceptance testing for systems, and preparing Financial Disclosure Statements, statistical reports, and surveys mandated by regulatory bodies.
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess approximately 10 years of experience in financial control, financial reporting, and regulatory reporting within the banking industry. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience is required, including team leadership and management, as well as demonstrated expertise in engaging with regulators and auditors.
