Your Responsibilities
Proactively be a part of a cross-functional agile team to develop high-performing, robust flutter mobile applications.
You will assist in developing CI/CD and testing techniques to enable the smooth delivery of software products to customers
You will work on mission-critical systems that deal with the designing and development of a robust mobile application built using Flutter aligned to regulatory and ISO standards in the Banking industry.
Keep up-to-date on the latest software development trends and raise suggestions to improve the mobile application.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and conduct formal code reviews and review of documentation ensuring adherence to development standards and company standard procedures.
Work effectively with management to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
Implement cybersecurity measures and uphold the highest standards of data protection and governance aligned with international and regulatory standards.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
More than 5 years of mobile app development experience.
Experience building complex mobile applications involving the implementation of various technologies, seeing through software products from conceptualization to production and maintenance in an SDLC.
Experience working with cloud services technology (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and has a good understanding of data management and protection.
At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Flutter/ React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
Experience in managing a team of software developers
Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software including the design of test environments for automated testing and conducting formal code reviews.
Driven, ambitious, and a go-getter who is passionate about building and owning products.
Able to communicate efficiently and effectively in English and Chinese
