Job Description

Driving large scale technology enabled transformational change with strong stakeholder management experience and finance management knowledge and contributing to the development of our offerings with business value creation. Specifically -

  • Building and applying functional and industry knowledge to support efforts in both sales and client delivery to drive practice growth.
  • Developing your deep skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevance and ideating with clients to identify and analyze complex business challenges and to position Accenture s capabilities.
  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Managing large and diverse teams

Requirements:

  • Eight or more years in project management experience in HK local technology enabled projects from consulting firms or in house.
  • Experienced in senior leadership stakeholder engagement and ability to multi task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations.
  • Big picture thinking and vision with attention to details.
  • Finance management knowledge required Enterprise Asset Management preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
