Job Description
My client is one of the largest organization in Hong Kong and is currently undergoing various Digital Transformation for their internal systems and enhancing various users and business experiences. One of their core strategy for the next years are on technology, digital, and analytics.
We are looking for several Solution Architect and Technical Consultants with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors to join a multi-year journey with the core systems transformation in this company. This candidate will play a major role within a large-scale organization to ensure the right automation and architecture within core systems.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experiences as Solution Architect, with 5+ years of experiences in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (including hands-on design and configuration)
- Proven record in delivering large-scale projects within a complex organization
- Strong understanding of HR processes, and experience in HRMS packages are an advantage (e.g. PeopleSoft implementation)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
