Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive process mapping, analyze current and future processes, and perform gap assessments to identify areas of improvement.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of complex business processes, systems, and tools, with a specific focus on upstream and downstream impact. Recognize and articulate the interdependencies between multiple functions and tools.
• Collaborate with users and technical developers to ensure precise definition and effective implementation of business requirements.
• Proactively manage potential risks throughout project implementation and provide recommendations for mitigating measures, if required.
• Develop and execute test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of IT systems.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in IT systems development, business analysis or system analysis role. Must have a proven track record in engaging in comprehensive business requirement discussions and documenting them effectively.
• Thorough understanding of the system development life cycle, data flow, and UAT processes.
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to create clear and concise business requirement documents and functional specification documents.
• Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
