Cash management Manager (Leading Corporate Bank)

Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure that transactional banking inquiries received through hotlines and email are responded to within the committed turnaround time.
Resolve queries or issues promptly to maximize client satisfaction.
Act as a dedicated Service Advisor and serve as the single point of contact for client service support for our Transaction Banking clients.
Liaise and coordinate with various departments in the bank as necessary.
Provide prompt and seamless product support to clients and offer professional advice or solutions related to products and services to enhance the client experience with the bank. This includes customized support for cash and trade products as well as specific key deals.
Provide fixed deposit rate quotations and subsequently acquire fixed deposits placed with the bank. Strive to retain and grow existing business.
Manage the E-banking set-up and maintenance as a Technical Service Advisor. Support the expansion of Cash Product working with the Transaction Banking team, covering the implementation of API/RFTS/LMS.
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to stay updated on developments and enhancements in transactional banking products and services.
Manage and understand client needs through ongoing service support and relaying feedback on product and system requirements to the product team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related Banking discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles involving direct contact with corporate clients and managing end-to-end client service delivery portfolios.
Preference for candidates who have experience in handling complex and complicated servicing or technical issues.
Familiarity with Cash Management and Trade Finance products is preferred.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and people management skills.
