Investor Relations Director

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Track news and capital market information and provide feedback.
  • Craft earnings slides, scripts, and earnings announcements.
  • Prepare materials for M&A communication and investor conferences.
  • Regular data maintenance and valuation updates etc.
  • Work in ad hoc projects in support of IR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or above, a degree in Finance/ Accounting / MBA or CFA Charter holder is preferred.
  • Minimum 8-year work experience
  • Strong PPT skills and communication capabilities
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Good interpersonal skills, motivated, independent, and able to perform under pressure.
