Provides full spectrum of administrative support to the business unit including, but not limited to
What you'll need to succeed
3-7 years of relevant experience preferably from Financial Service Industry
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skill
High proficiency in the use of technology (MS internal systems, Microsoft Office, internet, intranet, voicemail etc) Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Must maintain high standards of professional integrity at all times
