Job Description

Job Responsibilties:

  • Manage projects on process change and operational improvement
  • Analyze areas for improvement and develop execution plans.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and technologies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of changes and track progress.
  • Manage cross-operations group projects and monitor project phases, tasks, and challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and targets

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of project/change management experience, with a focus on technology and/or operations.
  • Broad exposure to corporate banking operations.
  • Strong goal-oriented mindset and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
  • Familiarity with T24, Swift, FPS from a technical perspective is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including macros) is required.
