Company Description

Our client is a US leading fashion brand retailer with global sourcing office in Hong Kong. To meet with the Company business expansion plan, they are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment and retaining top talent across the organization's operation in Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to meet the organization's staffing needs in Asia.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to understand talent requirements and develop proactive recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, job boards, networking events, and partnerships, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources when necessary.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Implement and enhance talent management programs and initiatives, such as onboarding, performance management, and career development, to foster employee growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools and technologies in talent acquisition and talent management.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition and talent management strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role, specifically within the Asia region.
  • Strong expertise in talent management practices, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, regulations, and cultural nuances across Asian countries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates and internal partners.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
